Berries and Cream Blog Designs offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you are not 100% happy with your final design (before installation), we will promptly refund your money, less any amount used to purchase images or other items specifically for your design. If you choose to request a refund, you will no longer have the right to use any images or designs we have provided to you as part of your project. Once a design is live, you have accepted the design, and this guarantee no longer applies.

- By entering into business with Berries and Cream Blog Design, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- You agree to allow Berries and Cream Blog Design to link to your website and/or include a screen shot or an image of your design on this site if we so desire.
- Although this is a business, it is conducted from our homes. We designers do have families to care for; therefore, please understand that we work during the standard Monday through Friday business week, and each individual designer sets her own business hours.
- If your project’s deadline requires a designer to work outside of her normal business hours, a rush fee (30% of the order total) will apply.
- While we strive to quickly complete orders, Berries and Cream Blog Design does not guarantee a time frame to complete your order. All time frames given are estimates only and are subject to change.
- Orders are put in queue according to when payment is made.
- Payment is due before the design is begun; absolutely no work will be done until payment has been made.
- Berries and Cream Blog Design accepts payment via PayPal only unless prior arrangements have been made on an individual basis. You need not be a member to make a payment through PayPal.
- The licensing and copyright terms of any image provided to Berries and Cream Blog Design by a client for use in a design remain the sole responsibility of the client.
The Design Process:
- After reviewing the Terms of Service, shop at our store or contact us if you wish to order something not found in our store. If you wish to work with a particular designer, please put her name in the Preferred Designer blank at checkout.
- We will respond with a questionnaire for you to complete and return.
- Once we receive your payment and completed questionnaire, we will place your order in queue and give you a target start date for beginning work on your design.
- Once we begin working on your design, we will create designs for your review.
- After reviewing the designs, you let us know if you are satisfied or would like to make some changes.
- If changes are requested, we make them and send you a revised design to review.
- This process continues until you are completely satisfied with your design - we place no limits on revisions.
- Upon your approval of the design, we will install it if ordered.
